Clinical Testing Psychologist – Lakewood, WA

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Testing Psychologist to join our team in Lakewood, Pierce County, Washington. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes by providing comprehensive psychological assessment and evaluation services within our integrated behavioral health model.

About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you'll conduct thorough psychological and neuropsychological assessments to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination. You'll work within a collaborative clinical environment where mental health expertise directly informs comprehensive patient treatment strategies.

What You'll Do

• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and cognitive assessment instruments
• Conduct clinical interviews and comprehensive psychological evaluations
• Generate detailed, clinically useful assessment reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to integrate assessment findings into patient care plans
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Participate in case consultations and clinical team meetings

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate in Psychology or related field
• Current Washington State licensure as a psychologist or psychological associate eligible for licensure
• Demonstrated competence in psychological testing and assessment administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Commitment to patient-centered care in a diverse community
