LifeStance Health is hiring a Clinical Testing Psychologist to join our behavioral health team in Lynnwood, Snohomish County, Washington. This is a part-time opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and testing services that help individuals access the mental healthcare they need.

About the Role

As a Clinical Testing Psychologist with LifeStance Health, you'll provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic testing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You'll work with individuals seeking clarity on their mental health conditions, supporting treatment planning and clinical decision-making through rigorous, thoughtful assessment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct structured psychological evaluations, cognitive assessments, and personality testing with diverse client populations
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological instruments and diagnostic measures
• Synthesize assessment findings into clear, actionable clinical reports for treatment teams and referral sources
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical staff to inform comprehensive care plans
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and testing records
• Contribute to a culture of evidence-based practice and continuous clinical improvement

What We're Looking For

• Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with active Washington state licensure
• Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and diagnostic testing
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
