About the Role

As a Class B Route Driver for Safety-Kleen, you'll operate a company box truck to serve our established customer base on a defined territory. This is a blend of customer service, hazardous waste management, and light sales—supporting businesses throughout the West Chester area with reliable, professional service. You'll work independently to manage your route, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to Safety-Kleen's reputation as a leader in environmental solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a Class B box truck safely and professionally
• Visit client locations to service and perform maintenance on parts washer equipment
• Collect and transport containerized hazardous waste in compliance with regulatory standards
• Present and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers on your route
• Document service visits, customer interactions, and waste pickups accurately
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety equipment, and proper hazmat containment at all times
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one
• Current or ability to obtain a Hazmat endorsement
• Knowledge of safe hazardous waste handling and transportation protocols
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales aptitude and ability to identify customer needs
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
