About the Role

As a CDL-A Car Haul Truck Driver at Hogan Transportation, you'll transport vehicles safely across long-haul routes, manage car placement on multi-deck trailers, and maintain professional relationships with customers. This is a full-time position based in Waller, with consistent routes and the earning potential top performers achieve annually.

What You'll Do

• Operate multi-deck car haulers on intercity and regional routes
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles according to safety and company standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Log hours, track mileage, and maintain required documentation
• Build reliability and safety records that qualify you for annual wage increases
• Attend safety briefings and participate in Hogan's safety and service recognition programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay of $2,040
• Base pay of $29 per hour, with time-and-a-half after 40 hours
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for new team members
• Paid, in-house training (no prior car haul experience necessary)
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses up to $3,000 per successful hire
• Annual wage increases based on performance and tenure
