Hogan Transportation is recruiting full-time CDL-A Car Haul Truck Drivers to join our team at our Eloise, Texas terminal. No prior hauling experience required—we provide comprehensive paid training to get you on the road with earning potential of $106,000 to $110,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
About the Role
As a Class A commercial driver specializing in car hauling, you'll transport vehicles safely and efficiently between distribution points and dealerships. This is hands-on work that requires precision, safety awareness, and reliability—qualities we value in our transportation team.
What You'll Earn
- Annual salary range: $106,000–$110,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average weekly pay: $2,040
- Starting rate: $29 per hour with time-and-a-half overtime after 40 hours weekly
- Annual wage increases built into compensation
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses (up to $3,000 per successful referral)
What You'll Do
- Operate a commercial vehicle to safely transport vehicles
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Secure cargo properly and follow Department of Transportation regulations
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to hours-of-service rules
- Coordinate with dispatch and communicate professionally with customers
- Build a strong safety record and earn service recognition
