About the Role
As a CDL-A Truck Driver with Hogan Transportation, you'll operate commercial vehicles across the region while maintaining our high standards for safety and customer service. This full-time position offers the flexibility of returning home weekly, allowing you to balance your professional driving career with personal time.
What You'll Do
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- Transport freight to designated locations on schedule
- Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold safe driving practices and maintain a professional record
Compensation & Benefits
We offer competitive pay structured to reward your experience and performance:
- Mileage rate: $1.38–$1.41 per mile (CPM), with annual increases reaching up to $1.43 CPM
- Stop pay: $40 per stop
- Weekly earnings: $1,980–$2,040 based on experience and miles driven
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for experienced drivers, paid in 10 monthly installments
- Safe stop bonus: Quarterly bonus for maintaining a clean safety record
