What You'll Do
- Operate Class A commercial trucks safely and efficiently on assigned routes
- Maintain vehicle condition through pre-trip and post-trip inspections

- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and logistics coordinators
- Keep accurate logbooks and vehicle documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn $103,000–$106,000 annually based on experience and performance
- Competitive mileage-based pay: $1.38–$1.41 per mile, with annual increases up to $1.43 per mile
- Stop pay: $40 per stop on qualifying loads
- Weekly earnings: $1,980–$2,040
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, distributed over 10 months
