About the Role
This is a full-time, over-the-road truck driving position with flexible scheduling and home time options. You'll haul dry cargo in company-owned equipment as either a solo driver or team driver, depending on your preference and operational needs.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A CDL commercial vehicles safely and professionally on long-haul routes
- Average 2,000+ miles per week as a solo driver, or up to 5,000 miles per week on a team configuration
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Meet delivery schedules while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding load status and estimated arrival times
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- 1-5 months of over-the-road driving experience
- Clean driving record and passing background check
- Ability to comply with federal DOT regulations
- Professional demeanor and strong safety practices
Compensation & Benefits
- Solo drivers: 54-60 cents per mile based on experience; our top solo drivers earn $1,565 per week
- Team drivers: 72-80 cents per mile split, averaging 5,000 miles per week
- Sign-on bonus: $2,000 for solo drivers, $5,000 for team drivers (split between partners)
