  • Cultivate and close six- and seven-figure gifts from major donors throughout California
  • Strengthen planned giving programs using your existing expertise and board partnerships
  • Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and implementation across philanthropy, grants, communications, and marketing departments
  • Champion internal and external communications that amplify PATH's brand and impact story

What We're Looking For

  • Eight years of professional experience managing teams and projects in development and communications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative leadership with the ability to inspire teams and build cross-functional relationships
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • Ethical foundation, professional integrity, and commitment to social and racial justice
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and proof of insurance
  • Ability to pass background screening, tuberculosis test, and drug screening
  • Employment eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
