What This Role Involves

As a Chauffeur SC2 with WFP in Kanga Bandoro, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining vehicles used in our humanitarian logistics and staff transport operations. This is a critical support role that enables our teams to deliver food assistance and emergency aid across the region. You will work under established protocols, maintain vehicle safety standards, and adapt to the operational demands of working in a dynamic humanitarian environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate WFP vehicles in compliance with all applicable traffic regulations and organisational safety policies
• Transport staff members, equipment, and materials to field sites and operational locations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and ensure cleanliness of assigned vehicles
• Follow established security protocols and support organisational risk management procedures
• Maintain accurate driving records and report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly
• Demonstrate professional conduct and discretion in all operational environments

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class you will operate
• Proven experience as a professional driver in a similar operational environment
