CEO, AI Stockbroking

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization building AI-native investing experiences. We are seeking a CEO to establish and scale an AI-powered stockbroking business from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define strategy, build infrastructure, and lead a P&L for an innovative brokerage platform that reimagines how users discover, research, and trade securities.

You will report directly to executive leadership and have full autonomy to shape the vision, business model, and go-to-market strategy for this new vertical.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI stockbroking value proposition, product roadmap, and revenue model
• Build AI-enhanced experiences across stock discovery, research, trading, portfolio management, and market intelligence
• Own full P&L including funded accounts, assets under management, trading volume, revenue targets, and unit economics
• Develop brokerage product features and underlying trading, custody, and market infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver differentiated capabilities
• Establish and manage critical partnerships with custodians, market data providers, and execution venues
• Recruit and lead the core team while driving licensing, regulatory compliance, and market expansion

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in stockbroking, brokerage operations, trading platforms, or consumer investing products
• Proven track record of owning a significant brokerage or trading product, business unit, or P&L
• Deep understanding of brokerage economics, trading infrastructure, capital markets, and financial regulation
• Strong product instincts and vision for how AI can transform stock discovery, research, and trading workflows
• History of building and scaling technology products and engineering teams
• Hands-on operational capability—able to work directly through product flows, infrastructure design, unit economics, and execution details
• Based in or willing to relocate to the United Kingdom
