About the Role

What You'll Do
- Operate a dry van tractor-trailer over interstate routes, averaging 2,000 miles per week
- Ensure cargo arrives on time and in good condition, following all DOT regulations and safety standards
- Perform vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain detailed logbooks and comply with Hours of Service regulations
- Communicate with dispatch and meet committed delivery windows
- Work a 12 days-out, 2 days-home schedule
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record and minimum 1-5 months professional driving experience
- Medical certificate and ability to pass a DOT physical and background check
- Proficiency operating an 18-wheeler in all weather conditions
- Strong safety practices and familiarity with federal trucking regulations
- Reliable, professional attitude with excellent customer service orientation
Compensation & Schedule
We offer competitive pay starting at 57 to 64 cents per mile, depending on your experience level. Drivers typically earn $1,500 to $1,650 per week, with our top 20% of OTR drivers reaching $1,650 weekly. New hires receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus to help you get started.
If you prefer team driving, we offer $5,000 sign-on bonuses split between partners, with average weekly mileage of 5,000 miles and a split rate of $0.72 to $0.80 per mile. If you don't have a team partner, we can help match you with one.
