Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and broilers
• Demonstrate proficiency with knife skills and proper food preparation techniques

• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all prepared dishes

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef or lead cook in a production kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and tools
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to work with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift regularly
