Carrington is seeking a Default FHA Claims QA Analyst II to join our team in Five Points, Wake County, in a full-time role. You'll take ownership of quality assurance for FHA mortgage insurance claims, ensuring every submission meets accuracy standards and regulatory requirements before filing.

What This Role Involves

As a Default FHA Claims QA Analyst II, you'll serve as a quality checkpoint in our claims processing workflow. Working under moderate supervision, you'll review FHA mortgage insurance claims in detail, identify discrepancies or errors, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before claims are submitted for filing. You'll apply your knowledge of FHA regulations and company procedures to verify claim data, support compliance, and maintain the integrity of our claims submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit FHA mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Verify claim data against source documentation and company procedures
• Identify and document errors, discrepancies, or missing information in claims files
• Prepare claim forms for filing, ensuring all required fields are populated correctly
• Escalate complex claims or compliance issues to supervisory staff as needed
• Maintain clear records of all quality assurance activities and claim status
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, FHA guidelines, and applicable state and federal laws
