About the Role
As an Oracle Financial Accounting Hub Consultant at Accenture, you'll partner with clients to modernize their financial accounting processes through cloud-based technology. You'll leverage your expertise in Oracle Financials and accounting domain knowledge to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient system solutions that drive measurable value across the finance function.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure Oracle Financial Accounting Hub implementations tailored to client accounting workflows and compliance requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering and process mapping sessions with finance stakeholders to understand current-state challenges and define target-state solutions
- Provide technical and functional guidance throughout implementation phases, including configuration, testing, and user enablement
- Develop detailed system documentation, process flows, and training materials for client teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional Accenture teams—including developers, architects, and project managers—to deliver integrated solutions on time and within scope
- Support quality assurance activities, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and user adoption
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise with Oracle Financial Accounting Hub, Oracle Financials Cloud, or related Oracle accounting modules
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance frameworks
- Proven consulting experience delivering enterprise software implementations or similar client-facing projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in accounting, finance, business, or related field
