About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Client Service Consultant III to deliver world-class support to ADP's largest enterprise clients. In this full-time position, you'll combine technical expertise with consultative problem-solving to drive client success, retention, and expansion.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary strategic partner for enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored HCM solutions
• Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations on Lyric HCM functionality and implementation
• Manage complex client requests and escalations with professionalism and attention to detail
• Conduct training sessions and develop client resources to maximize platform adoption and ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, implementation, and account management teams
• Identify opportunities for client growth, upsell, and retention through continuous engagement
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HCM consultant or client service specialist, ideally in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of human capital management concepts, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding service expectations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving orientation and comfort with continuous learning and professional development
• Familiarity with Lyric HCM or similar cloud-based HCM platforms preferred
