About the Role
Accenture's Utilities Practice partners with retail energy and transmission & distribution (T&D) providers to modernize operations, strengthen customer relationships, and build competitive advantage. In this full-time position, you'll bridge field operations and strategic initiatives, applying deep industry expertise to solve complex challenges in energy service delivery, digital customer engagement, and connected energy platforms. You'll work directly with utility clients to implement solutions that enhance cost efficiency, protect revenue streams, and drive measurable customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Lead field service initiatives and operational improvements for transmission and distribution clients, ensuring alignment with broader digital transformation strategies
- Consult with utility stakeholders on modernization priorities, including connected energy services, digital platforms, and customer engagement optimization
- Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs, improve service reliability, and strengthen customer retention across T&D networks
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to retail energy provider needs
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies in field operations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in utilities, energy services, or transmission and distribution field operations
