About the Role

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee all pharmacy operations at Sam's Club, combining clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities. You'll manage a team of pharmacy professionals while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, medication safety, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do

• Lead and develop pharmacy team members, ensuring consistent quality performance and strict adherence to company standards and state and federal regulations
• Manage prescription fulfillment operations, verify accuracy of all dispensed medications, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and controlled substance records
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy counseling and personalized health consultations for members
• Administer immunizations and preventive health services to support community wellness
• Drive pharmacy sales and profitability through strategic OTC product recommendations, member engagement, and operational efficiency improvements
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing decisions, and cost controls while upholding quality and safety standards
• Ensure full compliance with pharmacy regulations, quality assurance protocols, and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Current, active pharmacist license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain one
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience in retail pharmacy operations and direct patient care
• Proven leadership experience managing pharmacy or healthcare team members
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, controlled substance handling, HIPAA compliance, and professional standards
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to member safety, accurate medication dispensing, and professional pharmacy practice
