Kinetic Customer Service Technician

Uniti is hiring a Kinetic Customer Service Technician in Coalport, Clearfield County for this full-time position. Kinetic serves customers across the United States, and we're looking for dedicated technicians to support our growing subscriber base.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Technician with Kinetic, you'll be a frontline support specialist for customers relying on our fiber internet, Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services. Your technical expertise, patience, and reliability will be essential in helping subscribers stay connected and resolving their service needs promptly.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support to customers experiencing connectivity or service issues
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, security, and voice service problems
• Guide customers through setup, configuration, and device connectivity
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments while keeping customers informed
• Work toward consistent customer satisfaction and service quality standards
