As an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager in Milford, Sussex County, you will be the trusted link between guests and the service department, helping drivers keep their vehicles running safely while supporting the daily flow of one of the region's most respected dealership groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet service customers, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and provide transparent estimates of cost and completion times.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
- Assist the Service Manager with department operations, workflow, and team support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive service advisor or in a comparable dealership service role.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop.
- Readiness to take on added leadership responsibility as an Assistant Service Manager.
