About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex clinical research programs from initiation through completion. In this full-time position, you'll own project strategy, execution, and stakeholder management while fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to impact meaningful healthcare advancements while leading high-performing teams across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Direct end-to-end management of clinical trial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with clinical research sites, sponsors, and internal teams to achieve milestones and project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, risk assessment, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project performance through detailed reporting, metrics analysis, and regular stakeholder communication
  • Mentor and lead project coordinators and team members, fostering professional development and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, and company protocols
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, implementing solutions that protect project integrity
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts supporting project needs

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of clinical research or project management experience
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-site clinical trials or healthcare research programs
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to develop and mentor teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools and clinical trial databases
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
