Janitorial Maintenance

Pilot Company is hiring a Janitorial Maintenance professional for our Milford, New Haven County location. This is a full-time position responsible for keeping our travel center clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.

About the Role

As a Janitorial Maintenance team member, you'll be the backbone of our facility operations. You'll work directly to ensure every area of our travel center meets our high cleanliness and safety standards. This role is essential to guest satisfaction and the overall operation of our Milford location.

What You'll Do

• Keep all areas of the facility clean and well-organized, including sales floors, corridors, and common spaces
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restroom facilities and shower areas to sanitary standards
• Manage shower towel operations—washing, loading, and unloading linens as needed
• Handle routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the travel center
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and waste from all areas of the facility
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and team members
• Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns to management
