About the Role

The Consortium is seeking a campus recruiter to lead internship recruitment efforts. You will own the complete hiring lifecycle for intern positions, from sourcing through candidate registration. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape the next generation of professionals entering our organization.

What You'll Do

• Post and manage internship listings across major recruitment channels, including Handshake, university career services portals, and specialized job boards
• Build and maintain relationships with campus representatives, career counselors, and student organizations to expand candidate outreach
• Screen resumes and applications, identifying candidates whose qualifications and goals align with internship requirements
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate fit and potential
• Manage candidate registration and coordinate offer processes for selected interns
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records throughout the hiring cycle

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in campus recruiting or entry-level talent acquisition
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, and college career boards
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with academic institutions and candidates
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines while meeting hiring deadlines
• Detail-oriented documentation and candidate management practices
• Understanding of the college recruitment landscape and student job market dynamics
