Position Summary
Arcadia is dedicated to happier, healthier days for all. We are seeking a driven and passionate Business Development Representative to join our team of committed individuals working towards making healthcare more sustainable. The successful candidate will partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to grow Arcadia’s footprint within strategic healthcare organizations by identifying, researching, and discussing Arcadia's value proposition.
What You'll Do
- Identify, research, outreach, and discuss Arcadia’s value proposition via phone, email, and in-person conversations with prospects and your team
- Present on the Arcadia company overview and offerings within 3 months of joining
- Begin highly targeted prospecting activities to produce high-quality qualified sales opportunities
- Achieve all business development metrics and develop a deep understanding of your territory, prospect accounts, and market
- Leverage Arcadia’s proprietary data and analytics insights to tailor outreach and discovery conversations with hyper-specific insights by account
- Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders from Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales roles preferred
- Proficient use of Arcadia’s sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Definitive, Connect the Dots
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective outreach and presentations
- A proven track record in identifying and converting leads into opportunities
- Knowledge of value-based care concepts and healthcare industry trends
