Analytics Engineer, Life Sciences Delivery Operations at Arcadia in Remote (Full Time, Remote)

About This Position

Arcadia's real-world data powers drug development, safety surveillance, and outcomes research for life sciences customers. As the volume of LS deals increases, this role is crucial to ensure our engineering foundation keeps pace with quality, automation, data transformation evolution, and scale. You'll be at the intersection of data engineering, data analysis, and delivery operations, refactoring, scaling, owning, and operating an automated RWD data delivery pipeline via dbt/AWS architecture. This position requires a hybrid skill set, from writing production-grade PySpark and dbt to facilitating data inquiries.

What You'll Do

• Refactor, scale, own, and operate the end-to-end LS pipeline, including ingestion through dbt transformation, de-identification, and delivery
• Owning the channel partner data inquiry queue; resolving standard requests independently by leveraging AI agents, closing out in writing and in accordance with SLAs
• Contribute to the delivery pipeline codebase: new or refactored dbt models, PySpark debugging fixes, validated QC delivery configurations
• Thorough understanding of the monthly delivery cycle: Argo orchestration, Snowflake execution, manifest generation, Datavant/HealthVerity/IQVIA tokenization, and delivery QC

Requirements

• Experience with dbt and AWS architecture
• Proficiency in PySpark for data transformation
• Ability to write production-grade code and ensure the clarity of answers it produces
• Comfort in GitHub PRs and partner meetings
• Ownership of channel partner data inquiry queue; resolving standard requests independently by leveraging AI agents, closing out in writing and in accordance with SLAs
• Thorough understanding of the monthly delivery cycle: Argo orchestration, Snowflake execution, manifest generation, Datavant/HealthVerity/IQVIA tokenization, and delivery QC
