EY is seeking a Business Consulting - Life Sciences - Senior Manager - Consulting to join our Consulting practice based in Talcott Village, Hartford County. In this full-time leadership role, you will guide pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology clients through their most pressing strategic and operational challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager within EY's Life Sciences Consulting practice, you will shape and deliver high-impact engagements for organizations across the life sciences sector. Working alongside diverse, globally connected teams, you will help clients achieve and sustain performance in an industry where the bar for excellence keeps rising. This position is based in Talcott Village, Hartford County, and contributes directly to EY's mission of building a better working world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for life sciences clients, owning delivery from strategy through execution.
• Advise pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations on improving and sustaining operational performance.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Direct and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Substantial consulting experience within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated success managing complex engagements and leading teams at a senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Talcott Village, Hartford County, in this full-time capacity.
