As a Business Consulting – Life Sciences Senior Manager at EY, you will lead consulting engagements that help life sciences organizations navigate one of the most demanding operating environments in any industry. Working from Stamford, Fairfield County, you'll combine deep sector knowledge with strategic problem-solving to deliver measurable results across the EY Life Sciences Consulting Services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex consulting projects for life sciences clients, from scoping through delivery.
• Develop strategies that help pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations achieve and sustain performance.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams within a globally connected network.
• Support business development efforts, shaping proposals and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in management consulting or advisory work within the life sciences sector.
• Demonstrated success leading engagements and managing teams at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device landscape and its performance challenges.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and analytical capabilities.
• Willingness to work full-time and collaborate across diverse, distributed teams.
