About the Role

As a Senior Consultant within Deloitte's Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) practice, you will contribute to large-scale supply chain and operations transformation programs. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will help design and deliver operational, digital, and analytics-enabled solutions—often centered on Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)—that strengthen efficiency, agility, and decision-making across the value chain. This position is based in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of supply chain and operations transformation initiatives for client organizations.
• Help architect and implement Windchill PLM solutions that align with client business goals.
• Translate complex operational challenges into practical, technology-enabled improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver digital and analytics-driven outcomes across the value chain.
• Contribute to efforts that enhance client efficiency, agility, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated consulting or industry experience in supply chain, operations, or strategy and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM and product lifecycle management processes.
• Ability to analyze multifaceted business problems and shape effective, deliverable solutions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse client and project teams.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.
