About the Role
As Senior Business Consultant at Elevance Health, you'll deliver strategic value through business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and consulting project leadership. You'll partner across departments to identify improvement opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and support the execution of business transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough business analysis to assess operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic improvements
- Engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate requirements into actionable consulting deliverables
- Analyze business data, market trends, and operational metrics to inform strategic decision-making and planning
- Lead consulting engagements from initial scoping through implementation support, ensuring successful project delivery
- Develop clear, compelling recommendations and executive presentations that communicate insights and drive organizational action
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to the growth and development of the consulting team and business analysis capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, finance, or related field
- Proven professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategic business roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, data analytics, and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively across stakeholder groups
- Strategic thinking capability with understanding of enterprise-level business operations
