About the Role

The Grievance/Appeals Representative I position is a full-time role based in Atlanta, Fulton County. This is primarily a virtual position, allowing you to work from home full-time, with the exception of mandatory in-person training sessions designed to support a strong onboarding experience and hands-on skill building. This blend of remote flexibility and in-person development is built to encourage productivity, balance, and meaningful professional growth. Candidates living in nearby areas may also be considered, depending on eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, and process member and provider grievances and appeals in a timely, accurate manner.
• Investigate the details of each case to ensure fair and well-documented resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with members, providers, and internal teams throughout the resolution process.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all activity complies with applicable guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and support continuous improvement in the appeals process.
