Role Overview

As Brand and Events Manager, you'll drive the strategic visibility and market presence of CoStar's flagship real estate management platforms in an increasingly competitive landscape. In this full-time role at our Atlanta headquarters, you'll orchestrate campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that connect with commercial and residential real estate professionals nationwide. Your work directly supports CoStar Group's mission to digitize the world's real estate through compelling storytelling and strategic engagement.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and networking events that position CoStar's platforms as market leaders
• Develop and manage brand messaging, visual identity standards, and marketing collateral that resonate with real estate professionals
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand strategy with business objectives and market opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and logistics for events ranging from intimate client dinners to large-scale industry gatherings
• Build and nurture partnerships with industry associations, media outlets, and thought leaders to amplify brand reach
• Monitor brand performance, event ROI, and engagement metrics to inform future strategy and initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing events or brand initiatives in a B2B technology, real estate, or professional services environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling storytelling and brand voice
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners
• Creative problem-solver who can adapt to fast-moving market demands and unexpected challenges
• Comfort with data and analytics; ability to measure impact and optimize based on results
• Familiarity with real estate technology, market dynamics, or commercial real estate is a plus
