Join MintMCP as a full-time Account Executive in San Mateo, San Mateo County, and help enterprise companies safely deploy AI agents at scale. You'll drive new business growth by connecting MintMCP's agent infrastructure platform with companies that want to automate work securely.
About the Role
As an Account Executive at MintMCP, you'll lead the full sales cycle for our agent governance and access control platform. You'll identify prospects who recognize the opportunity in agent-driven work, qualify their needs, and guide them through the buying process. Your focus: building relationships with decision-makers who understand that agent infrastructure requires thoughtful governance—and that MintMCP's MCP gateway solves that problem.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline, from prospecting through contract close
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand how companies plan to deploy agents across Slack, GitHub, Jira, Snowflake, and internal tools
- Present MintMCP's platform and value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to address customer concerns and align solutions with company needs
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining a strong pipeline
- Nurture accounts and identify expansion opportunities within your customer base
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them for different audiences
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales methodologies; self-direction and resilience in a competitive environment
- Genuine interest in the AI and agent infrastructure space, and how governance enables responsible adoption
