About the Role
As an Associate Photographer based in Charlotte, NC, you will capture high-quality photographs of properties that power CoStar Group's industry-leading real estate marketplaces and analytics. This is a full-time, on-location position ideal for a motivated visual professional who thrives in the field and takes pride in producing accurate, polished images that help people discover and evaluate properties with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph commercial and residential properties throughout the Charlotte, NC market to a consistently high standard.
- Travel to assigned sites and manage shooting schedules to meet coverage targets efficiently.
- Edit and prepare images so they meet CoStar Group's quality and brand guidelines before publication.
- Maintain and care for photography equipment, ensuring it is ready for daily assignments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver imagery that accurately represents each property and listing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in photography, ideally including real estate, architectural, or commercial subjects.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment and image-editing software.
- Strong attention to detail, composition, and lighting in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout the Charlotte, NC area.
- Self-direction, reliability, and the ability to manage a productive daily shooting workload.
