Join CoStar Group as an Account Executive serving the Orange County market. This is a full-time position based in Orange, California, where you'll drive revenue growth by selling comprehensive data and analytics solutions to commercial real estate professionals throughout the region.
About the Role
As an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics, you'll identify and close deals with real estate companies, brokers, investors, and property managers. You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding—while building lasting relationships that generate recurring revenue for CoStar.
What You'll Do
- Source and qualify new business opportunities in commercial and residential real estate
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored solution presentations to prospects
- Navigate complex deal structures and negotiate terms with decision-makers at target accounts
- Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline; forecast activity and revenue consistently
- Document all client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system
- Partner with customer success and product teams to ensure successful implementations and customer adoption
What We're Looking For
- Proven success closing enterprise or mid-market deals in SaaS, software, or data products
- Experience selling to real estate professionals, property-technology platforms, or analytics solutions (preferred)
- Strong prospecting discipline and pipeline management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities with diverse buyer personas
- Ability to build credibility and influence with C-level and operations leaders
- Resilience, competitiveness, and drive to excel in a fast-paced sales environment
