JP Euro is seeking an experienced Porsche Master Technician to join our team in Chaparral, Doña Ana County. This is a full-time position offering $50–$65 per hour based on qualifications and experience, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

About the Role

As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you'll be the expert our customers rely on for precise diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of high-performance Porsche vehicles. This role combines advanced technical expertise with the attention to detail that luxury European vehicles demand. You'll work on some of the most sophisticated automotive engineering in the industry while building your reputation within our growing technical team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex Porsche mechanical and electrical systems using factory specifications and advanced diagnostic equipment
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, maintenance, and performance optimization work
• Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, and climate control systems specific to Porsche models
• Utilize technical service bulletins and manufacturer documentation to ensure precise, factory-quality repairs
• Communicate directly with customers about findings, repair options, and vehicle status
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of shop procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Porsche technician or master-level service technician on European performance vehicles
• ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
• Strong command of Porsche-specific repair procedures and technical literature
• Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and electronic repair systems
• Ability to manage complex repairs independently while maintaining quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical documentation practices
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
