Billing – AR Specialist

About This Position

As a Billing - AR Specialist with Prime System Solutions, you'll take ownership of our accounts receivable function. You'll work with billing systems, customer accounts, and financial records daily, ensuring all transactions are accurate, timely, and properly documented. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, verify accuracy, and maintain billing records
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ageing register
• Follow up on overdue payments and support collection activities
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries
• Prepare accounts receivable reports and analysis for management review
• Co-ordinate with internal teams on payment tracking and customer communications
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures for receivables

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with accounting or billing software platforms
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ability to work with financial data
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Clear communication skills for internal and customer interactions
• Professional approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of Pakistani GST, tax compliance, or billing regulations (advantageous)
