About the Role

As a Construction Employee with Adams Outdoor in Lansing, Ingham County, you will handle the installation of posters and bulletins while keeping each advertising structure and its surrounding property in sound condition. The position also includes hands-on work supporting the company's digital display assets. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity for someone comfortable working outdoors and at significant elevations.

Key Responsibilities

• Mount and install posters, bulletins, and related advertising displays on outdoor structures.
• Carry out routine upkeep and repairs to billboard structures and the grounds around them.
• Support installation and servicing tasks across the company's digital advertising assets as needed.
• Safely operate and climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders, reaching heights of up to 125 feet on a repeated basis throughout a shift.
• Follow all safety procedures while performing elevated and outdoor construction work.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders without restriction and work confidently at heights up to 125 feet.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding manual labor in varied outdoor conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude for installation, maintenance, and basic repair tasks.
• Reliability and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Lansing, Ingham County.
