Adams Outdoor is hiring a full-time Billboard Installer in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, to keep our outdoor advertising displays sharp, safe, and seen across the region.

About the Role

As a Billboard Installer with Adams Outdoor in Charlotte, you'll be the hands-on professional responsible for mounting advertising posters and bulletins, maintaining display structures, and supporting our growing network of digital signage. This is an active, field-based position ideal for someone comfortable working at significant heights and motivated by visible, finished results.

Key Responsibilities

• Install advertising posters and bulletin copy accurately and on schedule
• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—reaching heights of up to 125 feet—safely and repeatedly throughout the workday
• Perform routine upkeep and repairs on billboard structures and the surrounding grounds
• Carry out installation and maintenance tasks across digital display assets as needed
• Follow all safety protocols while working in the field and at elevation

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders without restriction and work confidently at considerable heights
• Physical stamina for sustained outdoor labor in varied conditions
• Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, properly aligned installations
• Reliability, a strong safety mindset, and the willingness to work hands-on every day
• Comfort handling both traditional print installations and digital display maintenance
