Bilingual Czech Expert – Fully Remote | Upto $47/hr Part-time

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential AI research organization, is seeking a bilingual Czech expert to support their model safety efforts. In this fully remote, part-time role, you will:

• Write expert-level prompts in Czech across a range of sensitive subject areas
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments
• Work independently and asynchronously to evaluate and strengthen AI model safety protocols
• Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure cultural judgment and language fluency in handling sensitive topics

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Native or near-native fluency in Czech
• Business-level written English
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Strong written reasoning skills and high attention to detail
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information

Preferred:

• Based in the Czech Republic or the wider Eastern Europe region
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing
