Join RELX as a Bi-lingual Sales Development Representative and drive new business growth for a global leader in professional information and analytics. This is a full-time opportunity based in Canada where you'll play a core role in the enterprise sales pipeline.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the centre of our sales engine, responsible for uncovering and nurturing relationships with senior business leaders. This role combines strategic research, multi-channel outreach, and consultative conversations to generate high-impact meetings for our enterprise team. Your focus: connecting the right decision makers with solutions that transform their business. We offer flexible working hours designed to fit your schedule and support your productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build target lists of key decision-makers within prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Design multi-channel engagement sequences combining email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone to capture prospect interest.
  • Conduct discovery conversations with senior leaders to uncover business challenges and identify how our solutions drive value.
  • Qualify and respond promptly to all inbound leads, routing qualified prospects to the account management team.
  • Schedule qualified meetings with clear briefing notes and prospect context for the enterprise sales team.
  • Maintain a high-quality prospect experience by combining persistence with professionalism throughout all touchpoints.
  • Keep detailed records of all activities and interactions within our CRM system to ensure accuracy and enable team collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.
  • Approximately 12 months of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in technology-driven industries such as SaaS, software solutions, data analytics, or subscription platforms.
  • Confidence and credibility on the phone, with the ability to quickly build rapport and move conversations toward mutual value.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and resilience in pursuing targets with consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Genuine interest in technology innovation and evolving sales approaches.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tools and understanding of AI applications in sales workflows.
  • Ability to interpret metrics and performance data to refine your approach and drive results.
