Service Delivery Coordinator

Zone IT Solutions is seeking a full-time Service Delivery Coordinator to join our India-based team, coordinating recruitment delivery operations for Australia-focused clients.

Position Summary

In this Service Delivery Coordinator role, you'll bridge our recruitment teams and Australian clients to streamline the end-to-end service delivery process. Your focus will be ensuring timely progression of candidate placements and managing multiple concurrent recruitment engagements across different Australian locations. You'll be the central hub of communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, working early-morning hours to align with Australian business time zones. This is a full-time position based in India, supporting our Australia-first client base.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements and project specifications for each recruitment engagement
• Coordinate with recruitment specialists to track delivery progress and flag delays or risks
• Build and oversee tracking systems that capture team submissions and client delivery milestones
• Organise and schedule candidate interviews, coordinate calendars with clients and confirm all logistics
• Answer client inquiries, respond to requests in a timely manner, and escalate complex issues
• Manage project tracking activities as directed, updating role assignments and progress in project management systems
• Process candidate submissions received through email, online portals and other channels

• Meticulous attention to detail when maintaining records, trackers and timelines
• Willingness to work early morning hours to align with Australian time zone requirements

• Ability to prioritise effectively when handling overlapping deadlines and competing demands
