Position Summary

Sheehy Ford of Springfield, part of the Sheehy Auto Stores family, is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to lead our financing and insurance operations. As an F&I Manager, you'll work directly with customers during the final stages of their vehicle purchase, presenting tailored financing solutions and protection products while ensuring a seamless, compliant transaction experience. This position is essential to our dealership's success and offers clear opportunities for growth within our multi-brand dealer network spanning over 25 locations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Present and arrange vehicle financing options that meet each customer's needs and budget
• Offer and sell extended warranties, vehicle protection packages, and ancillary products
• Process purchase agreements, promissory notes, and all required vehicle documentation
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state financing and disclosure regulations
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
• Educate customers on warranty coverage, maintenance plans, and protection benefits
• Collaborate with sales, management, and finance teams to optimize dealership profitability

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive finance, F&I, or related sales roles
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing products, rates, and lending terms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of compliance requirements in automotive sales and financing
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Valid driver's license
