About the Role

As a part‑time security officer you will work alongside the venue safety team to monitor the stadium and training complex, respond to incidents, and provide a visible presence that deters disorder. What You'll Do

• Patrol interior and exterior areas of the stadium and training facility to identify and address safety concerns.
• Monitor surveillance systems and access control points, reporting any irregularities to supervisors.
• Enforce venue policies, including bag checks, credential verification, and crowd‑control procedures.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, disturbances, or alarm activations, coordinating with local law enforcement when needed.
• Assist guests with directions, accessibility needs, and general inquiries to enhance the fan experience.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain logs of patrols, inspections, and actions taken.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions to stay current on emergency protocols.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related public‑safety role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods, including outdoor conditions.
• Strong observational skills and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Effective communication abilities for interacting with diverse audiences and team members.
• Basic proficiency with computers and reporting software.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, aligned with event schedules.
• Valid state‑issued identification; a driver’s license is beneficial for accessing various site locations.
