About the Role

As the educational leader of a Montessori‑focused elementary campus, you will guide instructional excellence, support a collaborative teaching team, and uphold the school’s commitment to child‑centered learning. This full‑time role reports to the executive leadership of School Exec Connect and works closely with families, staff, and community partners to foster a nurturing environment where every student can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement curriculum strategies that align with Montessori principles and state education standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff, promoting professional growth and a positive school culture.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, student services, and facility management, to ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Analyze assessment data to inform instructional improvements and track student progress across grade levels.
• Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication, conferences, and community events.
• Manage the school budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
• Represent the academy at local education forums and collaborate with external partners to enhance program offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field; Montessori certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in elementary education, with at least two years in a supervisory or administrative role.
• Deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy and ability to translate its practices into measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of improving teacher performance and student achievement through data‑driven decision making.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, overseeing staff evaluations, and navigating educational compliance requirements.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive school culture that respects and celebrates differences.
• Valid state administrative license or eligibility to obtain one within the hiring period.
