What This Role Involves

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Ensure strict compliance with federal safety, security, and environmental regulations

- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to integrate operational requirements

Qualifications
- Supervisory or lead experience in operations, security, or technical field environments
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, safety protocols, and security requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Valid Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
