About the Role

As a Sales & Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking tire and automotive service solutions. You’ll combine product knowledge with consultative sales techniques to help drivers select the right tires, wheels, and related services while ensuring a smooth, pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly, assess their vehicle needs, and recommend appropriate tire brands, sizes, and service options.
• Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly, addressing any questions about performance, warranty, or installation.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handle payments, and generate service invoices.
• Coordinate with the service department to schedule installations, alignments, rotations, and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and service waiting area, keeping promotional materials and inventory displays current.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines when handling tires and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on new tire technologies, promotions, and service procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail sales, automotive service, or a customer‑focused role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate technical information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Basic math proficiency for calculating prices, discounts, and financing options.
• Comfort using computers and POS systems; familiarity with automotive parts catalogs is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to delivering excellent service and a team‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive service or sales are advantageous but not required.
