About the Role

As Assistant General Manager at Little Caesars, you'll report directly to the General Manager while taking ownership of core operational functions that keep our restaurant running smoothly. You'll manage everything from product quality and inventory to staffing and customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent execution of our brand standards and profitability targets.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, quality control, and product consistency
• Lead and supervise team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor and manage inventory, food costs, and ordering to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives, staff development, and business growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally

• Proven experience in restaurant management or food service operations
