About This Position
Woda Cooper is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team at our Slippery Rock community, serving Madison Grove and Thompson Greene properties. As a multi-property Service Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our communities well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for our residents. This full-time position offers the chance to make a direct impact on the quality of life within our communities in Butler County.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on apartments and common areas across assigned properties
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Maintain high standards of facility upkeep, including preventative maintenance and seasonal care
- Provide snow removal and grounds maintenance services, including after-hours and weekend availability during winter months
- Foster positive relationships with residents and visitors to ensure satisfaction and enhance community pride
- Document all maintenance activities and report on property conditions and work orders as required
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, facility management, or a related skilled trade
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage routine and emergency maintenance situations
- Excellent communication skills and genuine commitment to exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call for maintenance emergencies as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties
- Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, climb ladders, and lift equipment safely
