About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recruiting agency that partners with startups and high-growth technology companies across the United States. Our talent team is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their remote operation and support full-cycle recruiting efforts for sales, go-to-market, and technical roles.

This is a contract position open to candidates in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Peru, and Serbia. You must have strong availability during US Pacific Time business hours, with overlap until at least 3 PM PT.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, outreach tools, and creative sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit for technical and GTM roles
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Communicate clearly with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meet weekly activity targets and monthly placement goals
• Collaborate with the recruiting team and contribute ideas for process improvements
• Own your roles from first outreach through signed offer

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English required – you will conduct calls, write candidate outreach, and communicate daily with US-based professionals
• 0–3 years of experience in any outbound or client-facing role (sales, customer success, account management, or recruiting)
• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be asked
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
• Coachable and curious – you welcome feedback and ask thoughtful questions
• Results-focused mindset – you care about placements and real outcomes
• Collaborative team player who communicates openly and supports colleagues
• Comfortable working remotely with daily syncs and regular one-on-ones

How We Work With You

Candidates apply directly through Get A Job.ai. A recruiter from our talent team will review your application and conduct an initial screening if there's a match. We will then coordinate interviews with our client, which include an async video, intro call, sourcing work sample, and behavioral interview. Pay

This is a 1099 contract role paid through Deel. Compensation includes a competitive base salary (typically $800–$1,600 USD monthly based on experience and local market) plus commission on successful placements.
