You'll lead project teams on engagements ranging from merger analysis and cartel investigations to regulatory compliance and damages quantification. This role blends deep economic expertise with client-facing leadership, positioning you at the forefront of competition economics consulting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct rigorous economic and econometric analyses to support litigation, regulatory proceedings, and corporate decision-making
- Prepare economic expert reports, testimony, and depositions in complex antitrust and competition matters
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships across sectors including technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and industrial markets
- Advise on merger competition issues, market definition, pricing analysis, and competitive effects
- Research competition policy developments, industry trends, and emerging economic evidence relevant to client matters
- Mentor junior consultants and economists while maintaining technical excellence and regulatory compliance
What We're Looking For
- Ph.D. in Economics or closely related field; substantial graduate training in microeconomics and econometrics required
- 7+ years of professional experience in antitrust consulting, competition economics, regulatory economics, or related practice
- Demonstrated expertise in economic analysis, litigation support, and expert testimony
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex economic concepts for legal and business audiences
- Project leadership experience and proven ability to manage client engagements and teams
- Familiarity with antitrust law, competition policy frameworks, and regulatory processes
